How to access Netgear Access Point?

So I bought this netgear AP off Ebay (for $5) so it was a good deal, regardless ofcourse I got it and its got a WPA password.

So, is there a way for me to reset it? its netgear WG602 v1.

I tried connecting it to my laptop with an ethernet cable and a crossover cable but am not able to get to the login page.

Any help would be great. I tried doing a hard reset but does not work either.
