Default Thermaltake Armor +MX Case.... Fill It Up For Me!!!

I got a Thermaltake Armor +MX case. Sweet case. Now I need the internals. I'm building a gaming system. I'm not looking for the newest tier 1 parts maybe the next level below to save some money.

I already have a NVidia 9800GX2 video card, and a Thermaltake 850W PSU. I need a motherboard and DDR3 memory. I have a socket 775 Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 processor. I'd like to use it, but if there is a better CPU for less than $350 I'd get it.

So give me some suggestions please.

i7 920 /w Asus X58 mobo

Ram - just go name brand whatever is cheapest unless you're OCing.

Also, X58 is trip channel and runs lower v's than your penryn. Just buy 3X2GB and you're good.

Ninja edit.....

I'm running both those and highly recommend. The only thing that sux is my chip runs on the hotter side of the spectrum so my OCing will be minimal
