Default Need Help recovering deleted photographs/jpeg's

I myself consider myself very good with computers, as it is what I do for a living. BUT I have never seriously done file recovery on ANY Computer.. There were some pictures/jpeg's mainly/ that were deleted off my computer(Windows XP) and I wish to get them back. It hasn't even been a month yet and I know there are some good programs out there for this sort of thing but I would rather get it right the first time... What programs have you used to recover such documents/pics? What works best?

i've used sandisk rescuepro that came with my xti to get pictures back from a memory card...

getdataback for ntfs is one i've used for hard disks... (make sure you install it to a different drive)... depending on how much you've used the computer will have a lot to do with how much you can recover.
