yea..tethering still won't be available ...oh wellz
It probably wont be. You have no idea the hell ATT will/is going through with just the iPhone, tethering will just multiply their problems. Unless they can upgrade their networks like crazy in a decent amount of time, it wont happen at any great rate.
tapping feet waiting for tethering.....oh wait, i am tethering right now =)
"Perhaps the most exciting update for iPhone 3.0 is the addition of tethering capabilities. At last, users who are away from their Wi-Fi network will be able to use the iPhone's cellular broadband connections to connect their laptop to the Internet. This feature will work via USB or Bluetooth, and is supported by 22 carriers in 44 countries.Unfortunately, AT&T is not one of the carriers supporting this feature, which leaves U.S. iPhone customers"
Did they just bring it out recently? From what I read they were not going to support it, or charge a lot more if they were to support it. Also if they would support it, with the amount of growth happening they wouldnt have been able to sustain it without spending a lot of money to upgrade their network.
I have never had anything against AT&T and their service but I have to admit, they have dropped the ball with the iPhone. I can honestly say AT&T won't wake up until the competition gets a hold of the phone.

I've had a good experience, but alot of my friends have had the complete opposite.
