Default My first HTPC setup

Dont laugh, its my first house and not nearly as impressive as others I am sure.

I am running a Mac Mini 2.0 GHz with 3GB of ram with an attached 1TB external hard drive. I am using Plex as my media program to display movies, tv shows, stream Hulu, Netflix, Joost, MTV music videos, Comedy Centrals entire library of shows, Pandora, the iTunes accounts from my others computers, my iPhoto library's from my iMac, its just a thing of beauty.

The next step is getting a wireless Xbox 360 controller or two and installing video game emulators

Let me know if you have any questions, you sure helped me quite a bit. It really was much more painless then I imagined, my only beef is when in normal computer display mode (non plex) I cannot get it to go full screen. Its like 6/8th's screen lol

Now I am trying to figure out how to split the video and audio signal between two tv's and receivers. My master bedroom is on the wall directly behind the tv there..Would these work?

And this for the audio

Do you need that for the audio? HDMI supply's audio... Unless you are running the audio to a sound system by itself into the other room.

Mac Mini's dont have a true HDMI out. They have a mini dv out to hdmi cable. Audio needs its own cable hence the optical

I haven't personally seen an HDMI splitter work properly yet.

Let me know if you find one that does. If I was doing it, i'd probably hotkey the vid card's settings profile (one for each output) then bind that key on my harmony.
