I keep buying their sh*t even though they always have something wrong with their stuff. I'd buy from someone else but they always seem to have some of the best designed and functional stuff:
MX 1000 (2 of these) - gets harder to charge on cradle after a few months. You have to put it in *exactly* otherwise it just sits there.
MX Revolution (2 of these too) - CHARGE STOPS WORKING. OMFG. It just sits there with a red light AND it loses connection. You have to slam it down pretty hard on the desk to get the battery to line up again and restore connection/charge.
Logitech Harmony 890 Remote - Whoever designed these buttons needs to be shot. Are this plastic unstable buttons really all I get for a $200 remote? What happened to rubberized buttons? Oh... and it rattles. Great! It's kick-ass 10/10 in functionality, 8/10 in layout, 6/10 in annoyance and 2/10 in terms of button quality.
I have 2 so if one dies I'm good to go. Main is an MX Revolution which I have had for a few years and never had a problem out of it, other is a Logitech MX700 which I've had for several years without a problem. Both are rechargeable and never let me down.
I did have my (refurbed) Harmony 880 quit charging, but it was a known issue and they sent me a brand new retail unit to replace it.
