Whiting fillets seasoned with Old Bay, garlic powered, onion powder, pepper, and a tiny bit of season salt.
1/2" of hot oil.
A pre seasoned flour from my friend down south. Highly reccomended!
Threesome in hot oil. Thats me in the middle.
I'm not big on pasta/rice bags, but I didn't feel like making my own mac and cheese. Mac n Cheese with broccoli.
Seasoned up some green beans with pepper, garlic/onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Wish I had some ham to throw in there.
And the moment you've all waited so patiently for.
Dinner is served.
This is a super easy, tasty and inexpensive meal. Even if you are not a cook like me or jeffie , you can still eat well for less than going to a fast food joint.

Suggestion for your green beans... to help them keep their color and flavor
blanch them in salty water for just a couple of minutes, then shock them in ice water until they're cold, then finish them by sauteeing instead of steaming/boiling. much better for taste and presentation
or if you're doug, just throw everything into the hot oil, including tabasco, cheese sauce, and extra flour just for kicks
looks good bro. i challenge you to iron chef my350z hahahhaaa

Does anyone else think those two fish look like hands? Hand filets. Hmmm!
"911? Yes, Mr. Phreaktor is making hand filets and serving with corn and beans. Please hurry."
