Default PB Captain Crunch French Toast!!!

In bed still with the pinched nerve from yesterday so I had the girl make me a sammich!!! Well not really but it's grub and easy to follow because she sucks at cooking but made this perfect. I couldn't take pics due to me being bed rideen and this can also be made with other cereals.

Ingredients:
3 slices of your favorite white/wheat/marble/multi-grain bread
2-3 beaten eggs
2 tblspn cinnamon sugar
1-1/2 cup of your favorite cereal (PBCC for me )
A little butter or non-stick spray

Cooking:
There's not much prepwork other than beating the eggs and crushing up the cereal (but remember don't do it too much). Add the Cinnamon sugar into the beaten eggs and mix in. Preheat the griddle/pan to 350F and add the non stick spray or butter to the pan. Dredge the bread in the eggs and then in the cereal then place on the griddle/pan until golden brown and flip. Remove and cover in your favorite syrup and GRUB!!! This is also great with a side of Getta I'll have pics up this weekend when I can get outta bed

Do they still sell the French Toast Crunch cereal? I can't ever find it. That was my favorite.
