Default Shrimp and pasta in a smooth orange sauce.

Too easy to make and taste damn good. Try not to make fun of my kitchen I live in the barracks so its damn small, but it works! From start to finish you can be eating in 25-30 mins!

I dont measure any of the ingredients, I just go with the flow. Just make enough sauce to be able to cover your pasta and some extra to dip with bread.

Anyway here we go!

Ingredients
Shrimp- it can be cooked already or not, try to get the peeled shrimp so it mizimises work. Big shrimp small shrimp, it doesnt matter.
Pasta- Any kind is good, I used FarFalle, but my favorite is with liguini.
Mushrooms
Tomato Sauce- any kind is fine, I prefer just regular old tomato sauce.
Half and Half- Im guessing its also called whipping cream.

Here we go.
Quick picture of all the ingredients.

A shot of the clock for your start time.

First thing to do is start boiling your water for your pasta. While waiting for your water to boil, go ahead and cut up your mushrooms.

Get out your shrimp and take of the skin and tails, they just pull apart or you can cut them.

There we go some shrimp and mushrooms ready to go.

By this time water should be boiling. Throw some salt in there as long as some oil to keep the pasta from sticking.

Once the pasta starts cooking. Setup a new pan. This is going to be the sauce pan. Get it nice an hot then add the shrimp and mushrooms.

Let them cook for a bit

Next add some tomato sauce, I would say for a full box of pasta to use 3/4 to 1 full bottle of Sauce. Stir it up

Now pour in some half and half or whipping cream slowling while mixing.

Mix it really good, it should be a nice orange

Let it cook for a while and heat up. When the pasta is done, put some on a plate and cover it with the shrimp sauce.

And BAM!!! Shrimp and pasta in a good tasty sauce. Serve it up and chow down.

Start to finish, a total of 30 mins!

Enjoy...There will be more to come.

Are those precooked shrimp? I'd think they'd get tough being cooked again in a bare pan. It does look good though.

Yeah they are pre-cooked. Its all I had in the freezer. They shrunk really small when they were cooked, they were a little tough but easy to eat.
