Well tried my best to make some homemade sushi. It was pretty basic, so cut me some slack LOL. I was a sushi chef/Teppan-yaki chef 10 years ago so I decided to see if I still had it.

nice. Gf and I made kimbap the other night, which is the korean version of a sushi roll. We also used crab meat, egg, squash, carrot, and daikon (key ingredient)
Found out that I'm a horrible sushi roller, and mine always came out gigantic cuz I added so much crap in there lol.
Now I just gotta figure out how they make those baked sushi rolls Mmmmmmm.......
