I am new to this cooking for yourself stuff. I enjoy picking "hibachi chicken" when going into a Japanese restaurant.
Guess I should have goggled. Hibachi is a cooking device? Man, I feel kind of stupid
No just goofing...I posted a recipe similar to Behihana's "Hibachi style" chicken.
But yeah, a Hibachi is a traditional Japanese cooking vessel or a really cheap American cast iron tiny grill. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hibachi
