Put a large roast in the crockpot. Add 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and 1 jar of pepperchini peppers with the juices too right over the meat. Pinch of salt, pepper. Garlic and onion powder optional. Close lid, set on low, cook for about 5-6 hours. Done-
Shred the meat and serve on a Kaiser roll. Mayo is good or what I prefer is chive flavored cream cheese. Eat and Enjoy
