Default Another Beagle basic - Alfredo sauce

All you need are equal parts;
Heavy cream
butter
cheese.

I like the Piave Vecchio, but any parmesan, asiago, or the likes will work.
If you want, you can start by browning up a little garlic in the butter. Then just add the heavy cream, and slowely melt in the cheese.
The cheese is pretty salty, so maybe add just a little pepper (white pepper if you have it) and you are done.

That is it!!!
I promise after trying this you will never buy a jar of alfredo sauce again.
It doesn't look like much, but put it over some chicken on a bed of pasta and you got a great meal.

Hmm...going to try this... Always bought the ragu jar but I figured its not that hard to make on my own.

Plus you could experiment with different cheeses for a different flavor. nice!
