4lbs pork spareribs
Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce
Old Bay
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper
1 Packet of Sazon
Season the ribs and rub it into the meat... Use the heaviest seasoning (Old Bay) first and the lightest (garlic/onion powder) last. Place on baking sheet and cover snugly with foil. Set in refrigerator overnight.
The next day, preheat the oven to 350 and put the ribs in covered in foil for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drain grease. After 45 minutes, they should look like this:
After draining, place back in the oven for another 45 minutes with no foil. I'm in the middle of cooking, so I will update the thread when I'm done.

I rent a townhouse and you cannot have a grill- I know stupid. I have learned to adapt. I am thinking about smuggling in a a mini 18 inch grill and busting it out when I cook late nights. . Imagine looking out your bedroom window at 1AM and seeing your big ass Black neighbor cooking some steaks on a grill in his boxers while drinking a 40oz, lol. I'm cool as hell with my neighbors tho.

I don't think they want us to have any open flame. A smoker would still cause problems because it smokes.
Anywho-
After the second 45 mins, remove the ribs from the oven and brush them down with a coating of sauce. If you don't have a brush, use the back of a spoon. A paintbrush works better than the cheapo cooking brushes in the store.
Full cooked:
Don't forget to hit the back as well:
Put them back in the over for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize. Remove them and brush them down again and place back in the oven for 5 more minutes.

I took one bite and the whole thing came off of the bone, lol.. I'm steaming some fresh corn and wifey is making some rice with Sazon... Serve with copious amounts of beer!
