snow crab is way too much work when you can get King for a couple bucks more a pound on sale. the wings look good though. Add some butter to the Franks.

So I'm going to do both part Hot Wangs, part BBQ Wangs, part Snow Crabs. It's about time to go shopping anyway. I wish I had some fries..

Ingredients:

About 1-1/2 lbs Snow Crab Legs
4 lbs Frozen Chicken Wangs
Hot Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Butter
Garlic
Salt

Heat about 1 inch of oil over medium high and add the wings you will use for the hot wangs. BE CAREFUL OIL WILL SPATTER!!! Cover and cook for about 20 minutes turning occasionally:

Preheat oven to 400F and place BBQ wings in a shallow pan. Cook for about 18 minutes, brush with your sauce, turn and cook 15-18 minutes more:

I'm in the middle of cooking so I will update...

I changed my mind about the BBQ wings and decided to fry all of them and do them Hot. Wings after frying:

Added 1 stick melted butter to the entire bottle of sauce:

Toss the wings throughly and let them party in there for about 10 minutes:

Season the crab legs with Old Bay and boil 2 inches of water in a large pot with a teaspoon of salt. Put in the crabs and cover for 6 minutes:

1/2 stick butter and tablespoon garlic. Melt slowly in nuke:

I decided since I did not have any french fries, I'd do a simple almond rice.

Money Shot:

NSFW Food Porn:

Gotta go!

Did you eat all those wings by yourself? That looks like a lot of food.

Wings look damn good. Making some tomorrow. Please tell me you didn't eat all of that?

Do you have to put the wings in batter before frying them or just toss them in?

The wings are pre seasoned, so just drop them in. I had to make enough for when wifey comes home tommorow...

Ya, 1 and a half sticks of butter is a LOT. Not that he ate it all, but I'd still be worried about eating so much butter

Well for two dozen wings he didn't need a bottle of sauce and a stick of butter. He needed 1/4 bottle of sauce and a 1/4 stick of butter....tossed in a metal bowl.

and some celery to cut the fat in the butter.

Yea, I ended up throwing out a lot of left over sauce. Oh well they came out awesome for my first time making hot wings. Tasted just like the pizza joint by my work.
