Question Launching the z: drop or slip, what rpms?

i have searched and looked at numerous threads for the past hour and cant seem to find the right answer because people just keep getting off topic and talk about using drag radials and launching their boosted zs and i just havent found what im looking for. i have a 03 6spd completely stock besides a jwt popcharger. i plan on heading to the track soon for the first time and need to know how i should launch. so...

what rpms should i rev to and should i drop or slip the clutch?

j/k....Everyone around here is basically going to tell you to go out and try to find out what works for you. Believe it or not, but its not always the same answer for everyone so you will have to go thru the fun experience of trial and error, its the only way to really get it down.
