right now i am running 300zx tt 16x8.5 rims in the rear with P295/50R16 (28'' x 11.5'' - 16'' rear an was running a 18x10.5 with a 285 rs3 in the front bad choose. need a safe front. hate the speed wobble. caught the wall yesterday at 120. so want a safe tire for the front.


also anyone that knows a lot about setup. i don't run a rear sway-bar because of autocross. will that be part of my problem.

With out the Sway Bar up front, you will get the car drifting left to right at high speed.

But also sounds like you may have something is out of wack with you setup.

Also, for the 1/4 drag strip it's best not to mix Radials and Bias Tires, some cars work ok mixing but not all.....

More info about you car?, setup? daily Driver? Drag Car?

.....no its not daily driven. might see 2k a year. i use it for every thing. autox track days an drag. Current:
Front..
Camber: -3.1
Toe: 0 out right now will be changing this to. 1/16 out soon.
Caster: 9.3

Rear:
Camber: -2.0
Toe: 0 toe in

At what point did the drivability go out the door? Before or After you modified the Suspension?

Make sure you get a Radial Front Tires.

After you reinstall rear sway bar and test drive, report back.

I see in your thread that you have totally redone your suspension. IMO, If the car does not drive right after reinstalling the rear sway bar, you have likely screwed something up.

It was fine after I model the suspension. It went to hell when I put more camber in the front for when I run the a6 hoosiers. An then with the et streets it just worthless. Will get more information once I make some changes one at a time

OK i re installed the rear sway-bar an adjusted the camber back to -1 an it handles so much better. will update with any changes.
