Unhappy Still dont have my car: help guys!!!

Its been over a month so far.... My 350 has been in 4 different shops, 2 of them were Nissan dealers. Seriously, why are all mechanics in socal incompetent? The first Nissan dealership couldnt find out what was wrong and said, we cant even look at this thing, its got some kind of intake and weird lines all over the place (oil catch can) ****ing idiots.

Dealership 2 looks at my codes...
1) Multiple engine misfire
2) p1148 closed loop bank 1
3) o2 heater core

The guy probably didnt know what closed loop was, so he said he could not test my vehicle becuase I had no front plate, LOL, so I got charged 95 bux to have my codes cleared, and I was told the car was perfectly fine.

Now I still have my wideband afr connected, and get this:

Before I brought the car in, my idle and cruising afr was at 18 - 20.
After dealership 2 clears the codes, my idle and cruising afr is 14.7, BUT
when I floor it, the afr jumps to 16-18 and the car sounds like ****. I do this a few times for a matter of a second or less, and the check engine light never comes on...wtf?
When I accelerate, the car hardly moves, it stutters and feels like it has 5 hp.

You would think the answer would be obvious with the situation and the codes... 02 sensor
But dealership 2 and mechanic 3 say all 4 o2 sensors are working fine. I feel like my only answer is to just dump the car off a cliff. Nobody can fix the ****ing car, its unbelievable.

Ive spent nearly $1,000 in towing and diagnoses so far. I dont know what to do.

Anyone?
MAF, ECU?
Im not getting any codes that would lead me to belive it would be anything but the 02 sensor, but I dont want to go out and buy a maf and/or o2 sensor and be stuck with it.

A list of what you have done (mods) to the car might help. Obviously there were codes in it before . . .they will return if there is a legit problem. Does the car just seem slower or is it really feel like 5 hp. If it were in limp mode you would have CEL on.

There was so much work done to the car its impossible to pin point what caused what.

The current mods are just a few NA bolt ons.
Under open loop the car seems perfect, under closed loop the car barely runs. The AFR jumps to SUPER lean, like 16-18 so im guessing thats why it wont accelerate and it stutters.
It totally points to an 02 sensor, but everyone says the 02 sensors are working fine.
The car did have a technosquare reflash for injectors, but the ecu has been reflashed to stock mode, and it is stock as far as idle and open loop go.

Check engine ground.

Did you recently have parts installed or uninstalled . . .specifically with around the intake plenum (Plugs, injectors, cams, etc)?

If the engine ground is bad it causes all kinds of silly things to happen. We left it off one time and had a heck of a time figuring out what was wrong. LOL it was one little wire that was left off.

*Note* this is not the ground of the battery terminal, but a wire that bolts to the engine. I think there may be more than one.

Well, the mechanic said the ground was one of the first things he checked, he also swapped in another maf and that didnt help.

So as of now, the car runs perfect under open loop, but under closed loop (acceleration) the car runs like ****. And the maf, and o2 sesnors are all working fine.

My mechanic is stumped as am I

Could this be a fuel leak of some kind? Not enough to leak with light acceleration but under wot it leaks?

1.Start up is open loop
2.Warmed and normal driving is closed loop (o2 sensors in loop)
3.WOT is open loop (02 sensors out of loop)
Possibly bad fuel pump. (Either too much or too little fuel)
