Default Installing ACT lightweight Flywheel tonight!

I'm excited

Buddy (my work supervisor) has a lift in his rental unit and he is helping me swap my clutch. It's his birthday today, what a guy!

While we are in there we will be replacing the flywheel and pressure plate with ACT parts. I'll take pictures and post them up tomorrow.

Fingers crossed, no surprises!

Its not a bad install. I did one last weekend on a garage floor with no lift.

Getting the car into the garage

Definitely needed a new clutch

That OEM flywheel is loaded with metal, I was surprised how heavy it was.

Installed with used HDSS pressure plate

Should make the revs a little quicker. I went with the Z1 flywheel. 13.7 lbs and I love it.

I'm also hoping it causes RPM's to drop just a quickly. If not, then the idle air control valve must play a significant roll. Probably not an issue once you install an EMS.
