Default 350z and G35 Sedan, same auto transmission?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if the RE5RO5A in the 350z was a direct bolt-on to the G35 sedan. Does anyone know?

I know that internally they are the same transmission, but are there any size or mounting differences that could stop me from installing a 350z RE5RO5A in my '03 sedan?

Any help is appreciated!
