Do you think there would be enough room for the stock fans with this radiator?

I've called mizu at least 40 times over the last week and left two voicemails... No answer or phone call returned.

If I never had to listen to that stupid girls voice 'thank you for calling mizu cooling solutions, the worldwide leader in automotive cooling products' one more time I may kill myself.

Doing good, i did upgrade to larger fans, then smashed one of the larger fans in a wreck at the track.

I'm about to install the radiator in a friends car and see how it does on a Stillen SC'ed car, i got a killer deal on an AMS radiator for mine.

I will come back and post info on the radiator once instaled on the other car.

imo a bigger radiator is not always better. I would rather have a radiator that is more efficient. A larger radiator will take longer for the water to reach higher temps but will also take longer to dissipate the heat if the radiator is not efficient since it has more volume.

I run a ARC 36mm so cannot comment on how good the Mizu is, just my 2c for anyone looking to buy a radiator.

If only they actually posted efficiency numbers for each radiator brand....I've used Mishimoto, AMS and Koyo radiators as my builds have gotten bigger, but it's hard to quantitatively compare...

Its as efficient as the air that flows through it. As long as you make sure the air flows properly you should not have issues...and be efficient.

Got my shroud and radiator in today....not too impressed. The fan shroud mounting tabs are nowhere close to being right. Wondering if they outsource to Seibon for that.

The lowers are off by .5-.75" (when the uppers are lined up and the shroud is centered)
The uppers are off by 1/4 to .5" when the lowers are used but then the shroud is 1/4" to one side. The uppers are less "off" because of the slot in them but the mounting hole on the radiator is no where near center of the slot. Would have to drill the slots out.

Also one fan had a broken tab on it. Little plastic piece, looks like a bad injection mold.

Going to see if mizu would warranty the shroud.

Id like to post my feedback.

The radiator is very nice. Installation was a complete nightmare. I took my time and was extremely careful, which took me about 8 hours, which included replacing all hoses with Z1 silicone. The A/C condenser tabs on the Mizu bend easily and need to be trimmed to slip under the lower core support.

Installing the stock fans is nearly impossible, but do-able. I pretty much ruined the radiator trying to get the fans in. There is almost no clearance. I'm a little worried the fans are destroyed as well.

The stock airbox will not fit with this radiator. I had to trim the crap out of the OE stock fans to clear, but then saw the corner of the Mizu end tank on the passenger side was preventing airbox from seating. The airbox Is about an inch away from one of the mounting points.

Other than that, my radiator fans usually come on after idling(warmed up) for about 3-5 minutes. I could not get the fans to come on after 10-15 minutes of idling in about 50*f. Even though its pretty much zip tied on, and about 50% of the fins are bent to hell, I am actually satisfied with the purchase. I want to trim the end tank on the drivers side to allow the airbox to seat, but unsure how much I can take off.

Mine were installed and fit like crap. Between the TOTAL lack of communication from MIZU and the horrible fitment I would suggest you stay away from them.

Wondering if the fans are even worth having...probably worse than oem.
