Default VQ35 from automatic roadster to manual z

Whats going on guys? I need a motor for my manual 2006 350z my current one has a rod knock. I recently found this one but its from a automatic roadster. Would I just need to swap the flywheel and balance the motor or will I be good to go? http://www.ebay.com/itm/161182390610...S:1123&vxp=mtr . Any advice or recommendations would be great. If anyone has a Vq35 for sale give me a pm.

'06 6MT has the "RevUp" motor, and I'm not sure the '06 5AT cars had it. I think the only other car that did was the '05 Anniversary 6MT.

5AT Z's & G's never had the RevUp motor. Look for a motor from another '06 MT if you want a straight forward simple swap.
