Question Wanting to do ls1 swap

Hey guys, my Z has 133k miles on it. It's an 08 350z. I plan on by the time I hit 150k I'll have everything I need for a ls1 swap. So no rush on this build and not looking to go extreme at all. Just what I need to make a good daily driver.
Just looking for some tips and info on things that I'm missing which I know I am and where the best place to get them at

So on my list is....

1. Obviously a ls1 with 70k miles or less preferably with t56 tranny, ecu, wiring harness, power steering pump.. Blah blah blah

2. Sikky mounting kit. Looked at the Hinson and it doesn't really look like its worth the money and everybody else's builds we're used with sikky so that definitely what I'm going to use. Comes with headers and power steering line. https://www.sikky.com/view_item.php?id=169&catid=12

3. Speedhut tachometer. I did a lot of reading trying to figure out how to wire this thing up but seems like there are 3 different ways to do it. So info on this will be greatly appreciated. But basically the tachometer never works and everybody has to get a new one which is why this is on my list. http://www.speedhut.com/gauge/GR4-TA...PM-Shift-light

4. Sikky fuel line kit https://www.sikky.com/view_item.php?id=176&catid=18

5. Sikky master cylinder conversion kit, is this needed? Or just an upgrade. https://www.sikky.com/view_item.php?id=149&catid=13

Questions...

1. Will I use the ls1's power steering pump?
2. Will I use the Nissan a/c and heater accessories and make my own lines to hook up? Probably a stupid question and I'm sure that's how you have to do it but just want to make sure.
3. Should I do electronic throttle or would it just be easier to run a line and call it good.

I'm sure what I've got is far from close to what I need, but like I said no rush at all. I want to take it slow, make sure I've got everything I need and
And make it clean.

Thanks for the help in advance

Yeah sure thing, I also have a brand new transmission that I put in with 5k miles on it right now and stage 2 competition clutch and 13lb flywheel. That will have to go also.

And thank you for the help travlee9374, that's about all I needed to know. If anybody notices any major parts that I'm missing let me know!

Yeah okay that makes since, I'll look around for that topic. Id guess you'd want to use the clutch pedal too

Start by looking in the 350z Engine Tech forum. There are at least 6 builds on the front page (mine included). Almost all questions are answered in those threads.

I would recommend reading through them all first, then asking questions in that forum. You won't get a whole lot of good response here in General.
