Default Lots of drag and notchiness when shifting gears - do I need new trans fluid?

I have a 07 350z manual transmission (nismo) with about 48,000 miles. I bought it at about 24,000 miles and remember the gears changing effortlessly. Lately, I've noticed a lot of drag shifting between all gears, and shifting into 3rd gear feels extra notchy, although not quite grinding yet.

Any suggestions? Do I need to top off or change transmission fluid? Is this just normal wear and tear?

If fluid replacement didnt change the symptoms much, look into clutch engagement point. There is a possibility that the clutch doesn't disengage fully.
