No problem buddy. If you get a different intake tube and 3" MAF, you'll really open that thing up and take full advantage of the manifold.

Did you try actually resetting the Ecu? Not just disconecting the battery but where you have to hit the pedal a few tines turn it to on and hit it some more and stuff? It's a long process I can try to find the link on mobile and post it here if you need. If not it should be in one of my threads of when I changed my plenum

ECU reset is basically the idle air/throttle body positioning sequence.

Make sure you hook up the vacuum line in the back side of the elbow
