VQ35DE Overheating
Hey guys, I need an engine specialist. So basically I changed my thermostat, radiator, hoses, water pump, new head gasket and rebuilt engine. I am still having overheating problems!
I found antifreeze inside the pistons. But my pistons and cylinders are fine. I ran a pressure test and a laser test on everything and it's fine.
Need help please.
Anyone know what could possibly be the problem??

But "fixing" the headgasket is a multifacted problem: is the block mating area straight or is one of the heads warped slightly? You'll need to have a good, thorough tech in your area check the engine over thoroughly before you know what to do. This will require time (car out of service) and money to do RIGHT. Do you have enough for either?

I checked the head gasket when I opened it and it was fine. I made sure to burp it correctly as well

You are 100% sure there is no air in the system? These cars are notorious for being a PITA to burp.

Hmm. I will try to find a specialists around my area and continue running some more tests.
Was just wondering if anyone might have a clue on what was happening and had a guess on the problem.

OP have you tried burping with a spill proof funnel? They are pretty cheap, it basically gives the coolant and air some place to go while you burp the system, be sure the heater is on high when you do your burping.

Just because you changed the head gasket does not mean you fixed it. If you didn't check that the block needed to be decked or that the head needed resurfacing you probably need to start over bud. Why did you change it to begin with?
EDIT: as above stated, should have been checked with a straight edge.....
