Question Gas non responsive.

So I just bough my 2004 350z this Jan. and I haven't really pushed it hard. Today on the freeway this Honda wanted a taste of my Z so I easily took him on. But about a minute after I slowed back down to normal speeds, I noticed my check engine light and E break light came one. Then my gas pedal was non-responsive. I pulled over to the emergency lane, turned my car off and back on again, and everything ran perfectly again. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? Perhaps a sensor?

Nope, like a douche bag, unless you are taking into account the 16-25 year olds that just bought or mom/dad just bought a cheap z then in fact you were driving like a douche bag like the rest of them.

Sounds like a throttle body fault, happens from time to time with the newer electronic TB cars. See what the codes are.
