Default driving with low oil

so I've been trouble shooting a problem with my car during a warm start. the rpm would go up dive down and go back to normal. it sounds really unhealthy too when that happens.

What ive done to trouble shoot
so I changed the air filters
changed my oil and filter (after about 1000 miles)
used fuel cleaning additives
started running 93 gas (used 91 before and never lower then that)
did a throttle body service at Nissan.
but none of these fix my warm start problem

Then I remember I went to get my first oil change after getting my car and my friend was like go to this Chinese mechanic shop called fiveauto and stupidly I did and got the oil change and for about those 1000 miles I was running on sorta low oil (cause those idiots didn't add enough) before I got my 2nd oil change as part of my trouble shooting process. my dip stick would show my oil level was in the middle range. but I didn't think that was a big deal so I kept driving it like that till my 2nd oil change. never heard knocking or anything on my car or felt performance decrease. I even push it very hard at times going 180 km with about mid level oil showing on my dipstick

could that have done damage to my engine causing a weaker warm start and even almost stalling/stalled on rare occasions before I did the throttle body service.

this problem happened like 3-4 months ago. the only knocking I heard was a couple weeks ago on a cold night but it disappeared after a min.

another problem that im considering is the oil psi. it drops to about 10 psi on warm idle. 50 - 60 when driving normal ( the oil light has never came on before.)

Car currently is 100% drivable. still drive it aggressively allot when roads are empty. picks up speed just fine. smooth overall. i just don't want to have to find out I need to replace my engine a year later because of this problem

I'm not the expert around here, but
You should do a smoke test to ck for vaccuum leaks.

As for the low psi oil at idle,
Your pressure on throttle is fine. If your oil level if fine on the stick, I woodn't give it a 2nd thot.
