How about trying a clutch pedal adjustment via the master cylinder pushrod as a last ditch before hastily replacing things.

Just seems weird it was fine before the new clutch, new clutch goes in it starts happening instantly, i have tryed to get the air out twice it seems to help but then after 20 mins of driving it looses firmness again. Clutch pedal is within spec mb ill suck it in the quarter inch i have trouble with and call it good for now

Rebuild the master and save , it's $40 in parts , very simple.
