Default Engine Bounce/Tachometer Crazy - Help

2005 350z Enthusiast VQ35DE

Three weeks ago my engine took in water. (Completely stock, no CAI either)
Crazy Arizona Monsoon

So Insurance covered my engine and I got a new one put in.
New engine has 11k miles
2006 350z VQ35DE

Now with the new engine, the car drives normal, but under ANY hard acceleration. The engine and tachometer bounce like crazy. I can physically feel my car shake violently and the tachometer shows how crazy it is going. The car refuses to accelerate at this point. I can get it up too 100mph+ if I go at turtle acceleration.

Ofcourse the engine is under warranty, but the shop has no idea what they are looking for. -.-
However, the engine that was put in was in a front end collision and the crank pulley was cracked.
If the crankshaft was bent, would that cause this issue?
Also my AC belt keeps breaking, which could also be from a bad crank.

Engine was replaced
Throttle Body was replaced and retuned by the dealership.
Fresh Techron Gas was put in
Crank Shaft Sensor was thrown, this has been replaced 3 times.
Other than this, no codes are being thrown.

Can anyone help me so we can guide the shop in the right direction?

So was the engine replaced by a Nissan dealership? Besides the throttle body, was the MAF replaced as well? Is there a chance water got into the ECM or IPDM? This sounds like a multi-layered problem that requires a factory-trained Nissan tech to diagnose.

Also, a new engine does not have 11K miles on it. Is it a used salvage engine?

New to me, but it is considered salvage. The whole engine bay wasn't flooded. I don't believe the ECU got wet.

A nissan dealership did not install the engine.

Maf was not replaced.

If the shop is asking you for guidance, you've got the wrong shop! It could be a damaged MAF sensor, or water may have got in the IPDM or ECM. But you need a factory trained tech with a CONSULT diagnostic unit to look into this, not a bunch of guessing on an internet board.

They're not, they are working on another issue with my car. It keeps breaking AC belts. I am just trying to get this done.

Messed up situation, my car was at a great shop, but the manager left and took his crew. So they couldn't finish the job.

There is another shop who the owner is friends with who is finishing everything under courtesy. But I really don't know what to do at this point...

Interview several Nissan dealerships to find a service writer and tech you can trust.
