If you dont know hoe to do burn outs without removing fuses, you shouldnt be doing burn outs at all.

I've also noticed that when i pulled the e brake up at a standstill, rev up to 5500 rpm and dump it the rams just drop and won't respond to my throttle? what could be the problem? thank you guys for the help i hope to get help soon

Doing a burnout with a base is pointless. One-tire-fire FTL!

Go sell your 350z and buy a 240sx. Take it to your local performance shop and have them weld the differential and make you a blast pipe with the money left over. BOOM burnouts, drifting, tire smoke and engine roar. Oh don't forget to put racelands on so your slammed.
