Default Engine hesitation

Hi, I'm having a problem with my car. I'm not sure if there's already a thread about this or not because this is my first post but whenever I put my car in first to take off, my rpms go to about 1500 and then slightly pause (or hesitate) and then continue very short after that. I have already cleaned both my throttle bodies and my mass air flow sensors and it seemed to help a bit but it still hesitates on launch. & when I say launch I don't really mean a fast launch I mean like commuting speed

Thanks. I will definitely try this after school. Hopefully this works because it seems like I've tried everything for this particular problem and it's driving me crazy lol

I did touch the butterflies of the throttle bodies when I cleaned them. Right now the car has 106,300 miles with a fresh oil change as of last week. I just got the car in December and I haven't done spark plugs yet

Yeah I pushed them to clean the inside of the throttle body but the car has been hesitating for a long while before I cleaned the throttle bodies

Maybe I should explain my situation more incase anybody else has had this specific problem: so when I put my car into first like I'm going to start moving, as I let go of the clutch and apply the gas the car will rev up normally until about 1500 and it will slightly pause and then continue shortly after that. I can slightly feel it in between gears when I shift but mainly just first gear is when I notice it and it sometimes makes the car want to stall. I've tried to do the idle relearn process but either I'm not doing it right or it's not working
