Default Clutch noise/feel on start up

So the other day i noticed when i turned on my Z i felt something in the clutch pedal, kind of hard to describe but like a metal on metal type of feel.

You can also hear it clearly, and it sounds like metal on metal as well.

When turning the car off you can hear a weird noise but it goes away if you push the clutch in. (Assuming thats just noise from light weight flywheel, but figure I'd include it.)

Kinda lost trying to figure out what it is, I've searched the forum's all last night and much of this morning. Trying to find some insight.

Car- 03 350z jwt flywheel, execdy stage 1 clutch, test pipes, momentum catback exhaust, plenum spacer, pop charger.

Anyway to test to be sure cause I've heard bad throughout bearings before and this doesn't sound like it, do to the fact that its not a constant noise.

This noise should only be heard with the engine running.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say

What im trying to say is that when you first turn on the car, within the first second it makes a grinding noise and you can also feel it in the clutch pedal, goes away right afterwards.

Negative, i checked the starter just to make sure and its fine so im pretty hesitant on what to do next because it seems like its been one thing after another. Pretty discouraging.
You're having all the same issues? Even the pulsating clutch?
