Default Ticking noise under hood

I'm scared shitless. As I arrived home today I've noticed a high-pitched ticking sound. I opened the hood and confirmed it's from around the engine bay. Here is the recording :

Any ideas?

Edit : Now it came to my mind that the ticking is faster than engine's revolutions. I hope it's not the engine

With a help of my mechanic I've sorter it out. It was the EVAP. I've disconnected the EVAP plug and the noise is gone. *Relief*

I was going to suggest timing chain tensioner (possibly a slipped guide rather than CT), or the fuel dampeners.
Glad to know your sorted.

More likely those than valves (imho).

Yeah, after some read I was really hoping it was fuel regulator or dampener. Still, I need to check it. It's weird I haven't found anything here about ticking caused by EVAP.

Haha. Yes I don't know really. It's pressure related. In 350Z service manual there is a nice description about EVAP system in our Z. It's pretty elaborate lecture.
