Pretty much, except I just used existing lines/hose and didn't have to purchase anything. I just left whatever fluid was in there, but why would you want to do this?
Turning the wheel from a dead-stop was literally a workout and that was on a 205 series tire - I would never do it again.
I'm sure someone else might be able to chime in if there is a better way to do this.
