If you are experiencing rough idle after the installation of a CAI, Popcharger, or any other oiled filter replacement, here is a easy and relatively safe way to clean oil off the MAF.
1. Remove MAF tube from whatever setup you run. (This step is not needed if you are very careful and can complete step 2 with out the assembly touching or knocking anything.)
2. Un-screw MAF assembly from MAF tube.
3. Spray access hole with Electrical Parts Cleaner. Allow to dry out (10-15 minutes). Repeat as you wish. Make sure it is dry as the liquid can damage MAF if present on startup. Also Electrical Parts Cleaner is very flammable.

There are a couple of different types of electronics cleaners. There are some types that are corrosive. Make sure it's the type to use on sensitive electronics components. It will say on the can that it's good for sensitive electronics, ie PC boards etc.
You need a Torx 20 to remove the bolts that hold the MAF in. I am actually going to go and clean mine on my lunch break, I'll let you guys know if it helped.

They're not regular Torx bolts though. They're the tamper proof kind. You can get something like this to remove them:
