Thanks, yup using the stock Z radiator. So far works great and runs at a solid 180 degrees. Hardly any fluctuation in temp unless I'm idling for an extended period of time. Been pretty cold here so far though so we'll see how it does in the summer time. Fueled Racing down in Arizona says that they have never seen an issue from the stock radiator unless being pushed hard on the track.

After 10 minutes on track, an exhaust only LS3 starts overheating with the stock rad in 90 degree farenheit heat. I can't imagine it holding well in The Kingdom or any place with desert temps.

Looks great.

You need atleast a shroud. It will help a lot.

So, was it worth it? It sounds like it. I want to know how much patience you had with the dash work, that is the worst part in my mind, somehow making it all work.

Not quite done yet but the car is definitely a blast. Really torquey and fun to drive! Installing the center gauges wasn't bad at all. Have not yet installed the tach but that looks like a *****.

Got my exhaust done finally. Reusing my HKS knockoff with magnaflow resonated x pipe custom fitted to FR headers.

Also got the dyno tune done.

She made 399whp and 375wtq. Bit disappointed to be honest considering this motor made 433whp previously on the camaro it came out of and I should have a much better exhaust setup, as well as less of a drivetrain loss. Oh well but what I'm really pissed about is that I left with a broken transmission. Nobody said a word to me about it just sent me home with 3rd and 4th gears grinding. I watched it get tuned on the dyno and thought I heard gears grinding, figured it must be something else but sure enough I heard right. Brought it there working perfect but the shop claims they were having problems with it right of the bat. No idea what the hell happened but now I got a trans to rebuild....

Sucks about the transmission. It appears your losing in the same areas most of us with the swap are. The intake setup is not great and sucks up a **** ton of hot air where its placed. Also those 2 1/4 inch HKS replica pipes are limiting. You've got 3 inch pipes going in to the x pipe and 2 1/4 going out and its likely not a smooth reduction.

The HKS replica exhausts are actually 2 1/2." The original HKS systems were 2 1/4." It Definitely sounds good with this setup. Very smooth and fairly quiet when idling cruising but screams at WOT.

Mine measured 2 1/4, ebay listed it as 2 1/2 but it was definitely not. What was the original inlet and outlet pipe sizes on that resonator?

Good to see that you finished the swap, it sounds amazing. When can we expect the excel sheet that shows the price and all the parts used ?

This will definitely vary but this is what I came up with. Some of the things I sold were parts I already had before this project or just other crap I didn't want/need.

Thanks for making that, it is still strongly on my mind to build another 350Z but with a LS this time.

Also, how did you like the PSI harness?

The PSI harness is great. Completely universal and easy to hook up. Quality is great too. No issues so far, I would recommend it to anyone doing an ls swap on any vehicle.

So update now. I have been following, and since i've been following, i have purchased my own Z to swap. So i had a few questions, how did you go about wiring the motor to... basically start.
