Theres something I don't understand about UpRev. With the $700 option, is it just a cable and software/license? If you go to a shop that does uprev tuning, are you buying a cable and license or do they have their own cable and you just buy the license? Sorry for the question if it's a dumb one.

Licensed tuners can sell you a one time reflash using their own equipment.
