Apparently Precision Turbo wanted to see good numbers, too. The wastegate was pre-set to 17psi. :-)
The car did (don't have the chart in front of me) 225HP or so before Uprev NA, and before turbo kit, so, let's see what it makes.
I think, I think, that he is going to have JGY dyno it with factory injectors to see how far they can go before running out of gas. I noticed they welded in a bung for a wide band right after the turbo before lunch.
I wonder what the PSI maximum is for RevoldZ. If it was me, I'd go 5 or 6 and see what numbers I got before going higher.

75mm and 64mm for the intercooler piping (75 mm is at the TB inlet side)
51mm pre turbo, 62mm dump tube to a Vband, and then to 76mm all the way to your exhaust
We are not producing these per order. They are pre-produced and are ready to ship at the above prices. If you don't want a section or don't need it, it still comes with the order. For example, our install on RevoldZ's does not use the recirc for the wastegate per his liking......so he just gets to keep it in the trunk
As for photos, web lady shoes up here on Wednesday, so we will have photos up on our site then. Now.....RevolvdZ has been in the building taking photos with his phone.......why he hasn't posted any? I don't know.

We shall see later this week on Revolvd's car on the dyno. Of course, it depends on the boost level.
We designed this to easily support 100 to 150 extra WHP on the stock motor.
Being in the SR20 world for over 15 years, the VQ is a great motor......but not a strong. With that said, pushing over 400HP at the wheels on a stock VQ is frankly, not as reliable as 400HP at the wheels with an SR. Both are great motors........but Nissan had different goals with each motor.
The VQ is a great motor, but is designed differently than other Nissan motors. We know that alot of kits out there push that 400HP mark.......but frankly, we think that is a stretch for the VQ in stock form.
We will be satisfied with 350HP at a safe PSI. RevoldZ is saying he wants 400HP. We will give him our opinion, but dial in what he wants.
Don't forget, we are working with a platform that made 225HP or so.....so if we add 125HP, we will be happy.
Now.......if the motor was built to handle more power, the turbo kit could easily handle 600HP at the wheels with the correct turbo/fuel/ecu mods.

I found some photos there.
It looks like it might have been a barn find.

the 100% complete lack of photos has me concerned
you would think with these kids and their phones that photos would be all over this thread by now......
maybe JGY doesn't allow phones in the building?

install is complete! now on to testing muahaha.
our facility is very high class, and in some areas highly top secret, cell phones are prohibited within 100 feet of the facility, and every one entering the building is strip searched and possibly probed by the owner.
haha , but on a serious note, we update our web/photes every hump day, so i should have all the images uploaded today from the install, we made sure to take a photo of every piece being installed so we can make a picture perfect install write up for you guys
thanks again for all the patience!

"stripped searched and probed".......that probably makes most people not want to go there......well, maybe unless you are into that sort of thing.....2004Black350z seems to mention "prison" often so maybe for him it might be an incentive
fan boy huh? hey, I don't wear tight fitting jeans and have a hat that too big for my head
Where is RevolvdZ anyway? gun to the head?

The photos should be on our site late this afternoon.
I think the web lady is going to put an install page on one of our sites.
If you go to: http://www.jgymotorsports.com/350Z/turbokit.htm
that is where the turbo kit is.
I think she is putting a link there for the photos.
