All that is known is the game engine is the same used in rockstar's table tennis, and it should feature a new technology that makes the NPC seem more life like
GTA IMO is the most innovated, well done game series ever made, the only game that creates a atmosphere of being a real world==big fan
Probably my favorite game series ever along with the Max Payne games. Rockstar is amazing. Unfortunately, I'm a PC gamer, so I'm guessing if this were to come out on console in a year I'd have to wait two
I'm also betting on modern times, European city. They said it would be a much closer feel than San Andreas, so a place like London would do well with that.
I would like to see the game modeled after Prague. Beautiful city.
speaking of thart isnt there a sequel to "the getaway" coming out sometime for PS3.
dont know, I dont really keep up with ps3 happenings like I do 360, partly because am very disappointed in the ps3.
regarding the possible European setting, not that its not possible, but Europe doesnt give the gritty feel you can pull off with America. Europe lacks the type of characters that would be part of a GTA series, not that they dont exist, but they would fit more into a America environment then any where else.
As for London granted it shares alot with big city American areas, but the diversity found in GTA still reflects better in a America area.
In the end however I really couldnt care less, every GTA has great stories that fit the area it takes place, the game is always as flawless as a possible for a game on such large scale.
I just hope the trailer shows something great and is not one of those trailers that answer nothing and shows little.
Saints row for xbox 360 was the best gta clone ever, just the grahpics and realism is amazing in that game
it was okay, but nowhere near the story, environment, detail, size and precision a GTA game offers.
There hasnt been a clone that has even come close, every clone thinks GTA is nothing but violence so they focus on that ascept.
In reality the violence is just small part of the world that GTA creates, it doesn't focus on that, the characters,story and deep environment is what make GTA great. Take aways all the violence and your still left with a very rich game, cant be said of the others
