I have this game reserved at Game Crazy, and it's supposed to come out today, but they don't think they'll get it in until tomorrow. Anyone lucky enough to be playing it tonight?
my little brother is getting it for his PS3 so im just going to borrow it sometime this week and play it.
I'm pretty sure WED is the release date, I know God of War2 is set for the 13th but that's the ship date, local stores can't sell it till the 14th. which is a wed...
Played at gamestop, so my review is hardly worth anything
graphics are clean, crisp clear,etc but nothing to get excited about.
The game was fun, but only for 20mins, then you played everything it has to offer

To say your review isnt worth much and then to say you played everything it has to offer? at least say you feel the game doesnt have much else to offer.
Being that there's 3 different types of vehicles and learning how to drive a single one well on top of knowing a single track is hard to do in 20 mins.
Anyone can download the demo for free, give it a try, it's pretty fun, but for the most part, any game is too hard to judge in 20 mins.
Graphics are rocking, the racing is really good, there's no multi player mode outside of the internet so you can't play with any friends split screen style.
Also there's only 8 tracks total. sounds like over all its a must have game for any PS3 owner, the game is good but does lack in some areas however add in the online multiplayer modes and its a damn good game.

anyways what I was trying to say that after 20mins it felt to me as though there is was nothing new it was going to offer. I wasnt mastering the game by any means in that short time, but it was enough time to get a fairly good idea what is was about. I didnt find it very appealing

That's what I picked up from the reviews.
The only negative thing I heard about this game was the limited number of tracks. Other than that its fun as hell.
