went to FD round round 3 this past saturday. it started out overcast, bu the weather let up so that helped alot. also got a chance to put the 2.8L through it's paces. it's definitely a nice upgrade from the regular F4 since I found that I could get away w/o a monopod. Sadly tho I realized that I really do suck at panning. Perhaps it was because I was shooting from up in the bleachers, but it's still rather difficult. I thought I would be daring and try shooting @ 1/40, 1/60. I should have stayed @ 1/125 for most of the day. oh and these were processed using an 18% grey card as reference (looked a little yellow to me). anyway onto the pics, C&C definitely welcomed...

Great pics. and you got my rusty side rotor lol. BTW what kind of camera did you use and what kinda setup?
thx, i saw your car in the falken booth and immediately realized it was you. and the rusty side was the only side w/ the light, i wasn't really going for the rotors anyway. i was hoping the huge lip drew more attention.
as for my setup i was shooting w/ a 40d and 70-200 2.8LIS. I wasn't sure if you were shooting w/ the regular F4 or the F4IS. I was the guy talking to glex25 outside the Falken tent. I tried shooting w/ that last year at Englishtown and it's really hard all the way back there to shoot w/o IS.
