Default Do those plastic things things that ppl put around their stomach work?

I've seen some people wrap neoprene waist belts that have velcro around their waist. I guess it makes them sweat more, does it burn fat faster? Like if I was to use it while running?

O.o

Do you have a pic?

You aren't thinking of this, are you? (I don't think so, because you said waist, but I'm intrigued... I've never heard of anything like that. )

Cool thanks, what about in the steam room/sauna? What do you think of those plastic trashbag looking suits? Seen some people wearing those in the steam room too.

Cool... well I want to lose my belly fattt, so I was just looking around to see what could help me. Other than going to the gym 4 times a week, running, and taking hydroxycut.

Haha, yeah, a dude in my office was doing that to win a bet. Of course, we re-weighed him two days later and all his weight was back.

If you want to lose your belly fat, just start running every morning. Most people advise against it, but I read that if you run or do cardio before eating in the morning, your body burns more fat deposits rather than relying on nutritional sources.

Get into a good fitness regime. You can't really spot reduce.

They can also be dangerous because they do cause you to sweat drastically.

Lipo isn't real anough for you? jp jp

We run Mon/Wed/Fri, hit the gym Tues/Thurs, and Saturday we are supposed to do pushups/situps.

Running shouldn't affect your muscle mass though, it will help you get cut and get rid of your (our) beer belly. Right?
