Default Lipo 6X

anyway im going to turn this into a documentation thread of how it goes using this stuff and my progress if anyone is interested. so heres a little background.

im about 5"8 i weighed in today at 160lbs(im pretty sure the scale is broken). i play baseball in college right now took a year off due to academic issues. but i thought it was good for me. i dont think i was really ready for this season. i wouldnt say i am completely out of shape but i didnt take my senior year of highschool baseball seriously and even though i was playing and practicing i wasnt really working hard at it and i shot up to 175lbs of just fat. so now im kind of just trying to get it all off. a good metabolism is something that isnt really in my family history. i have also been working out since january and the results havent really been showing. which is why im on the lipo 6x. its not really that i need it to stay healthy but its just something to take me over the top a little more quickly.

My workout plan is based on alot of things ive just seen doing my research although this time im going to pay alot more attention to my technique and pay more attention to the explosion and resistance of the exercise hopefully to develop long lean muscle and keep my rest times down between sets and exercises to keep my heart going for my cardio. im going to keep my weights pretty low and as my stregth builds up to work more reps because with baseball flexibility is something that is very important. im also going to make it a point to make sure that i stretch after every workout session to ensure that i maintain flexibility and also working towards the goal of long lean muscle.

If your gonna take it make sure that you actually set a good diet and actually work out. i took these pills and lost about 30 in a month and a half. however that was with a semi strict diet and working out alot. also if you are really trying to lose alot of weight work out your legs.

run high incline low speed for about a mile
squat inner and outer
leg press
leg curls
deadlift
calf raises
and any other type of leg workout you can fit in.
run another mile

set it up like this
monday
legs
tuesday
bis and tris
wednesday
legs
thursday
back/ shoulders
friday
legs
saturday and sunday
let loose and drink vodka or something else light.

hope this helped. oh and get on a low carb high protein diet so your muscles tear/rebiuld better.(lose weight but not strength)

Day 1
Took it about 20mins before i went to the gym i felt a bit jittery and shaky but its the first day. ive done alot of reading on the product and it elevates your heart rate so i payed really close attention to that today and will continue to do so for the first week until i feel comfortable and let my body adjust to it. so instead of running the half mile i elected to walk it with an incline as i dont want to stress my body too much. Work outs felt fine. i felt pretty motivated doing the workouts. as far as hunger suppression this stuff works really well. i dont feel hungry at all but im am going to make sure i eat.

Starting Point

Current Weight 160lbs (on a broken scale im pretty sure)

Day 2

Got all the cardio i wanted to get in. Woke up ate breakfast popped a pill 30 mins later went to baseball practice threw 4 innings played the field and hit. after that i walked about .5 miles to the gym then ran 1.5 miles did my ab workout then went back and ran .5 miles because i was experiencing slight chest pains. now the thing is im not sure if its because of the pills or just still sore from yesterday but im at the early stages were i dont want to take any chances and risk long term problems. the bottle says up the dosage to 3 pills tomorrow going to do one morning mid day and one afternoon.

it is very similar but what really drawed me to it is the 2 stage release which works around the clock. that and hydroxycut contains alot of natural extracts which you could just buy at the store where lipo 6x contains more synthetic ingredients. also the dosages are a little less on the lipo 6x for those who dont like to take alot of pills 4 pills max a day vs 6 pills max on the hydroxycut. im pretty pleased with the results so far.

Day 3
im on my third day so it says you can take 3 pills so i took 2 before i went to go lift. it really makes a difference. i really felt like not stopping in the gym. when i was planning on taking a break i just felt like keep going. one thing i did notice though was that i was really thirsty. every exercise i found myself going to get some water. i also noticed my heart rate was up during sets. felt like i just did sprints or something which was a bit of a concern at first. but after talking with another user of this product on forums i pressed ahead and let my heart rate come down between my sets. but in all i feel like its working fairly well for only being on it for 2 days. today i weighed in at 158lbs which to me is pretty good. my weight usually fluctuates throught the day on average about 5-6lbs. so considering i just woke up i considered that on my low side. but in another note last time i weighed in at the 160 i did the same thing. im going to take one later tonight go for a quick walk/run. as today isnt a cardio day but just to make the best of every pill i take.

another thing i forgot to mention in the beginning is what im doing as far as diet. plan is to eat 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, one peice toast, one glass of milk with protien in the morning, and as far as dinner i have steaks, chicken, and some 80% lean hamburger in store. so two big meals a day, small lunch, and lots and lots of water. i think diet wise thats pretty lax. but if i stay on it and take away those eating when i really dont need to then ill be fine because i do have the ability to eat just because i like how food taste.

ill update this thing for the first week everyday because im pretty sure anyone interested in the product wants to know how you can expect your body to react when you first get on the pills. once i get past the first week ill update it weekly or if anything big comes up.

I would try to do more cardio than that, try running like a mile a day at least.

Quote:
2006: On August 17, 2006, a federal appeals court upheld the FDA ban on ephedra, overturning the 2005 ruling that allowed the sale of products containing 10 mg or less of ephedra.

The court ruled that the 133,000 page administrative record, which included 19,000 adverse events reports, compiled by the FDA was sufficent to support the inital finding that supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids at any dose posed an unreasonable risk of illness and injury and that the risk-benefit analysis was required.

The FDA stated that no dose of dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids was safe and that the sale of these products in the United States was illegal and subject to enforcement action.

Up until this ruling, many herbal supplement companies marketed low-dose ephedra products containing 10 mg or less of ephedra alkaloids.

There's plenty of supplements that still contain ephedra though
