Default Ab exercises

Does anyone use the Ab Slider? I have read some pretty good reviews of it and can buy it locally if its worth it. I can do alot of ab exercises on the floor...but this sometimes hurts my back like a *****...I have some lower back pain usu. and this might be why. Just looking for advice and to see if this thing really works? maybe I'm just being a lil ***** about this, but do you guys have some back pain while doing abdominals? I can buy a workout mat, this might help...

thanks

I have back problems(2 herniated disks) and this is what I use to keep my abs strong and no stress on my lower back. I swear by this thing. Gotta love the ab lounge

it's just a wheel with a stick through it + rubber handle on each side. it's not expensive at all. under $20 for sure.. i forget how much i got mine for.

here you can even make your own
