Default My workout results (pics included)

Ok....ladies and gentlemen i have been working out for a little over 3 months now and i figured i would post my results.....i would consider them pretty significant but you guys can't formulate your own opinion. I worked out in the gym 4-5 times a week depending on how my body felt. I never worked out more than an hour usually i ended at about 45 minutes. My goal is to bulk up and then cut it down. I really didn't follow any type of diet. I just started creatine about 3 weeks ago and ive been taking a protein supplement and just eating. I have been taking the new formua of creatine that causes minimal water wieght.....which i really haven't noticed to much of it. I used the workout routine on musclehack.com website...so yes it works. If you have any advice to give please do remember this is only 3 months in so don't expect my body to be perfect as of now.

stats: I'm 6'4 and i weigh 207-210 (variation)
goal: is to get to 220 all muscle

Not bad. Looks like you toned up. How much protein are you getting in? You need some density. Keep at it. I've made some crazy changes in the past in 3 months.

Phreaktor: We'll im getting 60 grams of protein a day just from my protein shake. I'm not sure how much in total since i don't really follow a strict diet regimen. What do you think i should do to get more density? It's amazing to me how fast your body can transform with consistency.

Keep training...muscle density takes a long time. Train heavy.

How old are you BTW?

you should be getting at least 1g protein, per pound of bodywheight. but from real food. shakes are good for some extra calories, but they shouldnt supplement whole food.

if you wanna put on some size and density, you need to start following a diet. diet is virtually everything, when it comes to putting on size, and getting in shape.

Lower your reps so you can train heavier and the cardio is dependant on how many calories you're taking in.

I weigh 225-230 and eat right around 5k calories a day....

Maybe cardio when you cut. Otherwise from the pics it doesn't really look like you need to shed any fat at the moment.

I'm curious how much you eat as well.

My last set on each exercise per bodypart, I only do 5 reps as heavy as I can go. Don't forget that training hard (weights) burns alot of calories, so taking in 5k for me is dead on.

if you want some good diet advice, visit this forum. its a steroid forum. but the diet section will be really helpful. anyone thats asks about doing juice for the first time, gets told to spend some time in the diet forum, to get that spot on first.
