After two weeks of NxLabs Methyl Ripped Hardcore...
So... since Hydroxycut was pulled from the shelves, I went by my local GNC and looked around for something to replace it. NxLab's Ripped Hardcore caught my eye. I purchased it and after about two and a half weeks I can see feel the difference!
I've got to say that this product feels a LOT stronger than Hydroxycut. I'm awake ALL day, whereas Hydroxycut made me crash at work after about 5-6 hours of taking it in the morning.
It GREATLY helps my appetite, to the point where I eat a small meal and feel satisfied/full. It's awesome during workouts too. O_SO_ICY_Z tried it at the gym and said he could feel the difference too.
BTW, I'm at a point where I'm trying to lose the fat covering my belly but I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym. I do cardio maybe once or twice a week. Muscle-wise, I've been doing some light lifting about twice a week.

i want to try this product but i see that it says take 3 pills in the morining before breakfast and moring work out, but i work the sing shift so i dont work out untill midnight, can it still be used that late? looks like it works really good hoping to try it and see how it benifits me

It wears off about 6 hours after you take it. So if you plan on going to sleep before 6am, I wouldn't recommend it.
You could take it at 6pm, and it would still work for you til midnight.
And yeah, it's 3 pills in the morning on an empty stomach

And yeah, I hope so. I need speed up the process by running and stuff. It doesnt help that I sit at a desk for 8 hours every day only getting up when I have to pee. Wish I worked construction or something... I'd be ripped.

Running, unless you're seriously boot-camp high intensity training, is a waste of time right now with Summer around the corner.
Just allocate all your time for resistance training. Hit the weights and be intense for a solid 45 min, every other day. Work at an intensity where it feels like total cardio. You'll get toned and gain a little more muscle mass and as a byproduct you'll look leaner.
Eat clean for better results. 8 hr jobs are killer..but eat...eat and eat every 2-3 hours. (nuts, protein, fruits etc...) Running is good, but it won't "speed up the process" right now. This is my opinion of course.

Keep the forum updated on this methyl lab stuff.
But even though summer is around the corner... It doesn't mean I'll be out in the heat or anything... But like you said, I'm going to start doing more reps with less weight.
About eating... I dont eat that much, is that an issue? Even though I'm not hungry at all, should I still eat some healthy snacks every few hours?
BTW, I'm down to 158lbs from the last week when I weighed myself at 162lbs
wake up at 8 am take the pills at 9 go for a run for an hour go to work at 2:30 at 6:30 take my next set be at the gym by 11:30 and work out till 1:30 like evey night think that will work?

Most definitely.
The leanest and most "in shape" guys I know (not frail skinny) eat constantly. You need to keep your metabo in high gear so your body will be more efficient at burning calories. You'll tend to eat less when your main meals come along too. (Lunch and Dinner).
I don't want to regurgitate what every fitness book/ mag publishes, but force yourself to eat a big breakfast, and constantly snack on proteins and complex carbs every 2-3 hours between meals. If you don't eat enough in between you'll just store fat because your body thinks it's fasting throughout the day.
I wished someone told me this when I was younger but your body fat composition is 3/4 due to what you put in your body and 1/4th exercise. I never noticed any transformation until I really started eating clean, and eating constantly.
