I need to eat healthier as that combined with my job should help me lose wieght. Right now I can eat whatever the fukc I want and I will stay right at 155lbs. I need to get down to 145lbs.
What should I eat (I dont care if I eat the same ish everyday). I would prefer something very easy to make and very basic. Also something I can take with me to work.
Any type of "right out of the wrapper/can" type of stuff?
Also, I know my ideal weight for my height is around 154lbs but doc says it wont be bad for me to lose more weight if I do it right. As long as I dont get into the 130's.
to answer your question, grilled chicken breasts and rice or steamed veggies is pretty easy and you can cook it up the night before and then pack it up and bring it wiht you the next day. Also, they have packets of tuna now vs out of the can that's more convenient to take on the go like to work.
You should still just start hitting the weights and bulk up to 200lbs or so.
I guess I could see 5' 8" with really low body fat @ 145 lbs looking like one of those Abercrombie models or something if that's the look you're aiming for.
Just stay away from bad carbs as much as possible, do a lot of cardio and some calisthenics to tone up your body while you lose weight.

This.
You can do something like that in 20-30 minutes and it should last you a day or two. One of my favorite meals that lasts a few days is Rice, Carrots, Peas, and Broccoli with some chicken sausage and soy sauce.
I go to Schnucks and buy 3.0lb bags of frozen chicken breasts... they're 5.79 each!! CHEAP! I thaw them out and toss them on the George Foreman (very simple) for a few minutes with whatever seasoning. I usually make 2 bags a time and have them for lunch and dinner. THey sell little cups of individually wrapped brown rice in 2 packs that I buy often too. They microwave in 60 seconds. I also keep a stockpile of veggies (the kind you can steam in the bag) and take them to work as well. So, all in all I spend 20 minutes cooking chicken, and have meals pretty much all week. I can handle chicken everyday because I have a TON of different sauces I eat with them.
Also a big fan of fat-free vanilla yogurt, fresh berries and natural granola for breakfast. "Bear Naked" makes 'peak protein' granola with 5g protein per serving. It's like 4 bucks for a big bag.
I keep lowfat string cheese, banannas, nuts, and peanut butter (crunchy) around to snack on.
Splurge here and there with some taco bell or hooters. Maybe once a week...
Chicken breast and steamed vegetables here too.
I'm too lazy to cook everyday so I nuke the frozen veggie variety from Costco and use a conventional microwave/grill type of oven for pre-cook chicken breast. Foreman grill can also work.
Then a few different types of seasoning and you're set for "variety" during the weekday.
It gets old sometimes, but at 8 min prep...it doesn't matter.
