Ok guys, here are my results from my 1 month cycle. This is what I've been on for the last month. I started at 168lbs and finished at a solid 181lbs. My strength went up a bunch, I really liked it and would recommend it to anyone.
Cyclo-bolan
Champion way protein
Animal pack
No-xpolde
Milk Thistle
Starting my pct now, Nolvadex-xt.
First pic is when I was fresh out of boot camp weighing 168lbs. I just felt to skinny. The next set of pics are from last night. Feeling better and my clothes is fitting me tight again. Now its time to clean my system out and just maintain my body till my next term of boot camp.
Thanks for reading!
CT
p.s. sorry for the bad pics, iphone camera ftl...

Those are some pretty good gains! I will have to check in after your PCT to see how much you still kept.
CT how much did you gain on your lifts overall with this?
damn i forgot about this thread..lol sorry about that aarantes!
um...I really didn't keep much tabs on that but I can tell you this. I used to go up to 60-65lb dumbells on chest about 8-10 times (yes i was weak)..lol Now im throwing up 80lb dumbells 10 times and I feel like I can go up to 90's-100's but worried since I train alone.

Move up to 90s. Just drop them if you can't get the last rep. Busted out the 110s on Monday and got to 9 and that was it, then *thump* *thump* on the floor.

I'm doing chest tonight, i'll let you know how it goes! Don't want to hurt myself either. I've been getting a lot of joint pains since I've been lifting a lot heavier.

Yea my joints are bothering me from going heavier also. Left rotator cuff makes a popping sound now (from flat bench). I might throw in some Glucosamine to see if that takes care of it.

Yup I started using that and it has definitely helped. I was doing shoulders the other day and I was throwing up 70lbs dumbells on military press and hurt my shoulder blade. Thats why I worry about going to heavy alone.

That is some noticeable gains man I might have to try this some time in the dead of winter when there is nothing to do but work out.
I hate working out alone because I am afraid to push my self like I know I should be. Good thing my good friend loves working out so its a win win. You just need to find a partner it makes all the difference in the world

thats why dumbells are great. you can lift as heavy as you want, and if you cant get them up, or fail in the middle of a rep. you just put them back on your legs and put them down. but with barbell, i wont bench over 275 without a spot. if something happened, youre screwed.
