Been slowly getting into doing cardio and cleaning up my diet. I have gained enough mass now and am getting really serious about fat loss.
I was thinking about grabbing a thermogenic cla. Is that something you guys would recommend? Should I grab that plus something like Lipo 6x?
Please let me know, I'd rather not buy the obscure kind of brands...something at GNC for convenience sake would be a lot better. I know most of these fat burners are just caffeine, but there must be some help?
Thanks in advance.

I got scared, lol. I thought I'd try a clean diet and this CLA crap first. When that doesn't work I'll get to your hardcore level ahhaha. Thanks for your advice, as always. I really respect it. Your HIIT advice back in the day worked wonders for me.

haha. Thanks. I would recommend doing like 10-15 min of cardio each day as well. 2 weeks of "cutting" higher protein/lower carbs diet, CLA, and cardio should be enough. This is also a good time to focus on muscle separation, detail, striations, and peaks since your cutting down on body fat. 15-20 reps per set and then going down to 10 max reps on the last set.
